MOM:
My mom's name is Angela and was born in Mexico, but before the month was
over she moved to the U.S. and has been here ever since. She was
born in 1948, but as far as the month goes, the city records show that
she was born on November 2, but she was actually born on October 2, according
to what she tells me. As a child my mom was a migrant and moved around
a lot, and when she was a child she lost her father. For the greater
part of her life my mom has been a nurse and worked in a variety of places.
